With acoustic panels, the retention time of the sound inside places like school or conference room is balanced and echo is blocked. The audio source is located within the volume to be edited. In sound insulation systems, the dispatched sound source is outside the volume. The goal is to reduce the amount of sound transmitted from inside and outside.
