Product Specification

Rock wool blanket is a flexible, non-combustible insulation material made from molten rock that is spun into fibers. It is used for thermal insulation and sound absorption.

Rock wool blanket is a flexible, non-combustible insulation material made from molten rock that is spun into fibers. It is used for thermal insulation and sound absorption in a variety of applications, like Residential and commercial buildings, Industrial equipment, Pipes and ducts, Vehicles, Marine applications. Rockwool has extremely low thermal conductivity and it can be used at a very wide temperature range (from -50C to 750OC). Rockwool or Mineral wool is incombustible and does not fuel fire or propagate flames. The slabs are very budget-friendly and are available in standard sizes of 1000mm x 500mm.

Rock wool blanket is a good choice for insulation because it is:

  1. Non-combustible: Rock wool blanket will not burn, even in high-temperature fires. This makes it a safe choice for use in buildings and other structures where fire safety is important.
  2. Moisture resistant: Rock wool blanket is resistant to moisture, which makes it a good choice for use in areas that are prone to dampness or condensation.
  3. Sound absorbent: Rock wool blanket can absorb sound waves, which makes it a good choice for use in areas where noise reduction is desired.
  4. Durable: Rock wool blanket is durable and can withstand a lot of wear and tear.
